OUR NEXT MEETING WILL BE HELD ON NOVEMBER 12TH. THE MEETING WILL BEGIN AT 7PM dinner at 6pm. DON'T FORGET THE CHRISTMAS PARTY TO BE HELD DECEMBER 10TH. THIS IS A SATURDAY NIGHT SO HOPEFULLY EVERYONE WILL BE ABLE TO ATTEND.

Mule show discussion was held and details put into order. There will be a Mule Show Committee meeting held at the club on Saturday Aug 27th at 6pm. All are welcome to attend and bring new ideas or suggestions.
The dinner at the next meeting will be tacos. Debbie will bring the hamburger so we will need the other fixins to go with them and to make the tacos. The date for the next meeting will be September 17th. Don't forget the next game show will be Sept 11th. Please come out to help!

CLEAN UP DAY MARCH 26TH 2011
OUR FIRST CLEAN UP DAY IS SCHEDULED FOR MARCH 26TH 2011. MEMBERS SHOULD ARRIVE BY 9AM. IT HAS BEEN VOTED ON AND APPROVED TO INSTALL A LOCK ON CHICKEN SHACK, BUILD SHELVES FOR STORAGE IN SMALL BUILDING,AND PORTABLE STALLS TO BE ASSEMBLED. PIZZA WILL BE SERVED FOR ALL WORKERS. BRING YOUR OWN BEVERAGE.

Mule Show 2010
Our Mule Show held October 17 was a great success! Beautiful weather allowed our mule show contestants and guest to enjoy a day of fun and and entertainment. The Chincoteague Drill Team was an added feature to our show this year. They did an excellent job of showing the qualities of the Chincoteague pony. Thank you to all of the mules and riders for supporting our event. We appreciate the fact that many of you travel quite a distance to attend our show. We hope to see you all again next year.

We have raffle tickets to sell for the Chincoteague pony. They are a $1.00 ea and the pony will be given away at 2pm at our Mule show. We also need bake table items to sell and raffle prizes for our give aways. We are also accepting advertising in our phamplet for the mule show.
